Below is a list of commonly asked questions about logo design. If you have any questions of your own please don't hesitate to get in touch.
A logo is a visual representation of the company and is often used to communicate the company’s key message, value and position in the market.
Not every business owner will choose to have a logo. Those that do choose to have one to communicate a consistent message to their customers. The main objective of the logo is to give a company a visual identity, be recognisable and memorable – and importantly set the right impression.
All of my logos are uniquely designed, I do not use clip art or logo generators. Please view my work and read my independent reviews to see what other customers think.
I accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken via a secure online payment facility Stripe or you can pay using PayPal or BACS transfer. Payment is taken in full before the design process starts. The reason for this is to stop those abusing the process and stealing my ideas!
All of my logo packages come with unlimited design revisions. There are rare occasions where this doesn’t apply, please see my terms and conditions for more details.
If you are unhappy with the first draft logo concepts and think there is no way in which we can work together then I do offer a 50% refund. If you have proceeded to make any revisions to the first draft logo concepts then refunds are strictly not issued beyond this stage. It is extremely rare that I have to issue refunds as my process is designed so that I fully understand your requirements before I begin any work. Only logo orders are eligible for refunds as per these terms, not any other design work.
Yes, of course! There is a section on my logo brief form especially for you to contribute your ideas, examples of the logos you like and anything else you want our designer to know.
I transfer all the ownership rights of your logo to you once you have confirmed in writing that you are happy with the final design. This only applies to the finished logo and not the other concepts. Please note copyright is not a trademark and obtaining a trademark is a process that you would need to undertake yourself. Please see my terms and conditions for more details.
You can purchase any of the other design concepts I have created for you, with full copyright and ownership rights for £100 per additional logo.
